Elopement Concierge

As involved as you desire; helping find accommodations that match your criteria and a local caterer to create an elevated dinner. We will then create an elopement itinerary for, us, you, and your few guests.

Getting your vacation then your special day rolling before disappearing; or completely handling the caterer before staying with you during your wedding and reception just in case you need anything what-so-ever!

More than One Day

Little known secret, most couples experience post-wedding regret; after all the hype and build up over the long course of planning, once the day is over, there is a sense of disappointment, one day isn't enough to celebrate your love for each other!

Our Average Package Usually Includes:

Assistance Selecting & Vetting a Reception Venue
Discuss all vendors hired & contact all vendors to introduce as planner in charge
Review all vendors contracts and keep on file to ensure everything is properly delivered
Prepare Agenda with Order of Events: Timeline for Wedding Day Details A reception itinerary for all vendors
Assist with the preparation of: The Floorplan, Seating Arrangement, Set Up, Welcome of Guests
Management of guest’s attendance: Seating Arrangement, Meal Selection, Dietary Restrictions
Setup personal items in the appropriate areas (provided by the client): Guestbook, Champagne Flutes, Cake Tools, Card Box, Welcome Sign, Seating Cards/Sign
One Wedding Coordinator
Make sure all tables in the reception space are set up appropriately
Distribute party favors or set up the party favor area
Set up menus on napkins at tables upon request (provided by the client)
Ensure music, lighting, flowers, candles, etc. are in place for the Grand Entrance
Welcome guests into the venue and assist them finding their tables
Confirmation of all vendor responsibilities 2 weeks and 1 days before the wedding
Organize and supervise the order of events: Grand entrance, Couple’s introduction, Dances, Toasts, Speeches, Cake cutting, etc.
Distribute items to guests or set up an area for them to grab items for the couple’s grand exit
Planner armed with a Wedding Emergency Kit
If Needed, Distribute tips to vendors
Supervise loading of wedding gifts and personal items to designated family members or guest/vehicle
